Why Sugar Free?

Body converts carb's into either glucose or fat
Sugar contains glucose and fructose
Body converts fructose to fat
Fructose is addictive
Fructose disrupts the signal from the stomach to the brain to say "I'm full, stop eating"

Why no Seed Oils?

Body uses saturated fats and monounsaturated fats to build cells
Body only needs 10% of its fat as polyunsaturated fat
Body will use polyunsaturated fat if it cannot find saturated or monounsaturated fats
Body will get the Omega 3 and Omega 6 oils from your diet
Omega 6 Polyunsaturated fats cause inflammation in the body
