Fitness is another phase to getting healthy, diet is the biggest factor in weight control. Eating well doesn’t necessarily give you health. My personal recommendations are:
Walk 45 minutes 5 times per week ( use the stairs when possible, park your car in the furthest car park)
Don’t run - just stresses your body

Do High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - 30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds rest - repeat 3 more times. Do this 1 - 2 times per week (Has the same fat burning effect lasting for 24 hours as if you had run 10km)
Lift Heavy Weights - learn to do this properly get instruction on the right technique.
